• Bedroom 2: Double room on the 2nd floor of the villa with 1.6 x 2m queen-size bed, lake view;
• Bedroom 3: Room on the 2nd floor of the villa with 0,9x1,9m single bed;
• Bedroom 4: Double room in the cottage with 1.6 x 2m queen-size bed, view to the garden and lake.

BATHROOMS AND TOILETS:

• Bathroom 1, 2nd floor of the villa, serves bedrooms 1 to 3 and has bath, sink, bidet and toilet;
• Bathroom 2, 2nd floor of the villa, newly renovated, serves bedrooms 1 to 3 and has shower and toilet;
• Guest toilet on the ground floor with toilet and washbasin, renovated in 2022;
• Bathroom 3, in the cottage, serves bedroom 4, with shower, toilet and bidet.

LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN:

• Completely renovated kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and kettle; equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots;
• Dining room for 8 people;
• Living room has a large modern 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater Chester sofa and armchair, flat screen HD TV with internet and satellite connection (including Netflix), network stereo system with internet connection and large speakers;
• Separate cottage in the garden with additional bedroom, bathroom and living room; living room with additional seating and flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo system.

You will have the villa, the cottage and the garden all to yourself. The narrow access road ensures absolute tranquility.

Neighbourhood

• The lake and mountains nearby offer numerous possibilities for outdoor activities such as swimming, walking, hiking, boating, kite and wind surfing, and mountain biking.
• Villa Serendipità has no pool but is a 10-minute (800 m) walk from a public beach. A private beach club with admission fee is 1.3 km away. We provide portable lounge and upright chairs for the beach.
• The villa is a 3-minute walk from the Vittoriale Degli Italiani and a 10-minute walk from the Botanical Gardens.
• Grocery stores: In Gardone Riviera Sopra you will find small grocery stores, delicatessens and bakeries selling local products and delicacies such as meats, pastas, cheeses, olive oil and wines from the region. These stores can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. A very good fish store is near the Grand Hotel.
